1. Delivery Information
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only, excluding the following areas:
- Scottish Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
We hope to expand our delivery coverage in the future.
Delivery Charges
- Free Standard Delivery on orders £30 and over (after discounts and promotions).
- For orders below £30, a £2.99 delivery charge applies.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We will notify you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Missed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect details.
If a delivery attempt is missed, your courier will provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.
2. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at quoting your order number.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) after notifying us of your intention to cancel.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items). This will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at with your order number and photographs where applicable.
We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Delivery charges will be refunded only if your entire order is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. To request a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
